Program for Adolescent Development and Participation

India has the largest adolescent population. Adolescence is the formative period of life when the maximum amount of physical, psychological, and behavioural changes take place. Most of the time in the community people are not aware of the physical and psychological changes that take place in adolescents age. Children are facing challenges to cope with these changes. There is no proper communication between children and parents. Children are facing many psychological issues at this age so we are covering this age group under this project

We are focusing on the children who are in their adolescence because Adolescents need to be educated about life skills such as thinking skills and social skills to help them to develop their identity, manage their emotions, build relationships, become adept at effective communication, and resist negative peer pressure. So we will be collaborating with 10 schools in Mumbai and be conducting sessions on soft skill development.

We covered 2000 children under this project. They understand how to deal with changes that occur in adolescent age. . Their confidence level will increase. Improving their soft skill will help them in their carrier. Children can manage their relationships with others.
