Did you know that 50% of our country's talent pool remains untapped? Yes, we are talking about students coming from economically weaker sections of the society.

They are smart and hardworking and hopeful that education will brighten their future. However due to lack of exposure and guidance they are unable to pursue careers in sync with their interest and abilities. Eventually they make peace with poverty.

How can we build an Inclusive India if we continue to ignore these beautiful minds?

"How can we empower students to become agents of their own destiny", in order to answer this question emphatically, United Efforts developed a 3 year program of Industry Exposure and Career Guidance. Whose main tenets are:

1. Connect students and industries at a young and impressionable age of 13,14,15, 16 (Grades 8th, 9th and 10th) before the big question of "What after 10th std." looms at them
2. Facilitate industry visits and educational fairs that can give a glimpse of where they could take their future to
3. Support them to build career plans in sync with their interest and abilities
4. Support with admissions and scholarship information
