Rangeen Khidki is a Youth Led Feminist Organization based in Kolkata, West Bengal working in the space of Gender and Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) with Women, Adolescents and Young People with a mission to strive towards Gender Justice and Empowerment using a Rights-Based Approach to enhance Youth-Led Feminist Leadership, Build Advocacy Networks and Facilitate Dissemination of Knowledge in the Community. Our Foundational Work has been focused on Creating Awareness Programs and Educational Programs in Menstrual Health and Gender Justice in both Urban and Rural regions of West Bengal and other states. Our Vision :- Rangeen Khidki envisions a world where all adolescent and young persons across all gender and diversities can access education, information, services and support related to their physical and mental well-being and can grow to their fullest potential as leaders. Our Mission :-Rangeen Khidki works towards gender justice and empowerment with a rights based approach to enhance leadership, build networks in advocacy and work towards entitlements, dissemination of knowledge in community. Our Flagship Programs :-<ol><li>My body My Rights (MBMR) - A Comprehensive Gender and Sexuality Education Program (CSE) based on a Well-Researched Scientific Curriculum aimed towards Capacity Building of Parents, Teachers, Educators and Organizational Staff who work with Adolescents and Young People on How to Hold a Judgment Free Safe Space for Young People where they can Access Knowledge about their Own Bodies without Shame and Stigma. </li><li>Period Adda - A holistic Menstrual Health Management Education Program (MHM) meant to support communities and organizations in developing Menstrual Health and Advocacy based Interventions and Awareness Programs. Period Adda advocates for Gender Equity for All Persons in the Society to Live a Life of Dignity and Experience Menstruation Without Stigma, Taboos and Superstitions by working with Govt.
