Provide Nutrition Support for 120 tribal Children in Raigarh

90% of children living in Raigarh have a blood count below the recommended threshold value. More than 30% of children are severely malnourished and have a BMI below 18.5. It leads to the prevalence of stunting (low height for age), wasting (low weight for height), and being underweight among children has been a major concern.

Low levels of awareness about proper nutrition and health care can lead to poor dietary choices and practices. Also, economic constraints and financial dependence contribute to poor nutritional outcomes. 

We want to provide regular nutritional food such as eggs to the children. Eggs are one of the cheapest ways to meet children's macro and micro needs. Also, sessions should be conducted for parents to educate them about balanced diets and health care.
