Project Dhara offers over 26 vocational training programs in fashion, food, and beauty, alongside Business Development Kits to help women start their own businesses. Each month, we conduct various awareness and counseling sessions on topics such as sexuality, identity, relationship issues, safe sex practices, HIV testing, discrimination, business management, digital marketing, financial literacy, and personality development. Our comprehensive Entrepreneurship Development Training equips all individuals with essential business skills, fostering sustainable livelihoods.

In addition, we have established a production unit to provide consistent employment opportunities for these women, ensuring a stable income and practical experience in their trained fields. This unit not only supports their immediate financial needs but also builds a foundation for future entrepreneurial ventures.

We focus on empowering women from low-income families, migrant women, female sex workers, HIV-positive individuals, and single women. By providing vocational training, entrepreneurship development, and holistic support, Project Dhara addresses the urgent need to uplift these marginalized groups, helping them overcome challenges and achieve economic, social, and emotional well-being.
