In many rural areas, children have access to schools but lack the support they need to succeed. This is especially true for children who are parentless, single-parented, or whose parents are illiterate or daily wagers. Without proper guidance and mentorship, these children often struggle to keep up with their studies and fall behind.

Team Everest runs 'Rural Scholarship' to tackle the issue

Team Everest, a non-profit organization, has taken up the cause of providing educational support to these children through its Rural Scholarship program. Through this program, the organization runs 10 free study centers that provide mentoring, daily free tuition, summer and winter camps, talent contests, and many other opportunities for rural children to grow their knowledge and skills. The program is aimed at empowering these children and giving them the tools they need to succeed in life.

600+ children are benefitting from Team Everest rural scholarship

Thanks to the Rural Scholarship program, over 600 children who were previously struggling to keep up with their studies are now receiving the support they need to succeed. With access to free tuition, summer and winter camps, and other educational opportunities, these children are gaining confidence in their abilities and developing the skills they need to build a better future for themselves and their families.
