INTRODUCTION: -

As per the data released by N.C.R.B (National Crime Records Bureau), crime in India is increasing along with the advancement in the modus operandi of criminals. The report also reveals that the person involved in criminal activities belongs to an under-privileged society. The culprits were not provided with the proper education. They were not educated or told about what is right and wrong.

Survey 2019: - A survey was conducted by EMPOWERING HUMANITY in Three locations MATIALA (Uttam Nagar) J J Colony, Bharat Vihar JJ Colony, Dwarka Sector-17 JJ Colony. The majority of kids/children are at the age of 3 to 18 yrs are not going to school due to the following reasons:-

• ·Distance between school and home.
• ·Scarcity of funds.
• ·Non-availability of seats in school.
• ·Non-availability of legal documents.
• ·Not sending girls to school.
• ·Cheap labour [ Child labourer ]
• ·Child Marriage.
• ·Poor Sanitation.

LET'S BRING ABOUT CHANGE

There's one thing that matters the most to us - awareness. We bring about a number of initiatives including food drives and cloth drives

frequently and one thing that you would find common in them is 'delivering awareness with a smile'. We come across children of

different age groups, caste, creeds and communities but every child represents the same story. Our team aims to counsel the guardians of

such children who have been kept unaware of their rights and supervise them in attaining so.

"We believe that we can replace their helplessness with self-sufficiency."

Since we're trying to transform society, it means that we have to reform society. Reformation of society requires support. One man

cannot bring about change. But together, we can! The government runs schools and colleges but there's a particular system followed in

exhibiting the purpose of such schools. It might not be enough to impart education to a huge part of society since there are some

loopholes. We're trying to fill these loopholes. Because together we can bridge the gap. We are trying our level best and extending our services in the most efficient way possible, there are still a few issues that come up and remain unattended due to insufficient resources. Connecting with each other shall make us capable of fulfilling our prime motivation, which is serving education irrespective of community and without aid barriers. We'd be interested in taking the floor with the opportunity.

We don't present ourselves just as the volunteering team in the society but we form a strong connection with the masses.

Long term goal: Education imparts skills and knowledge associated with higher wages. Therefore, anyone who's educated does not have

to depend on illegal sources of income for survival. This will automatically reduce the routine crimes and theft cases that we come across on a daily basis. It might sound like sympathizing with the reasons behind illegal activities but more or less lack of education among a major section of the society plays an important role in putting a full stop to such crimes in the future. By educating and delivering the rights of children who are not able to receive basic education, we are strengthening not only their academics but we will deliver responsibly, well mannered, educated, well behaved and law-abiding citizens to our nation. This will not only help us in making our surroundings safer but also will reduce pressure on police departments, child welfare committees(CWC), and a crime against women cells(CAW) and would overall eliminate the undue pressure on many other connected departments and ministries. It is pertinent to mention that we are working on the root cause to eliminate social evils from India. We are planning to establish small units with 50 children every after 2 K.M in a residential area. This will help us in transferring the nomadic kids in case they are moving from one location to another location. We are hopeful that we would be able to cover complete India in the span of the coming 5 years time. We also request the corporates to sponsor this mission as this is connected to every possible project or mission in India.

Short term goal: The near future can mean today, this week, this month, or even this year. A short-term goal is something one wants to

accomplish soon. The phenomenal fact about Short-term goals is that they can help in making big changes. If we talk about short term goals

then apart from delivering informal education we will parallelly take care of nutrition required by our future of India by providing meals,

checking mental health, providing medical care and developing their skills. Precisely, everything the society needs to stop child labour which is in fact a basic child right. Once we accomplish bringing children to school or making them participate in educational activities, the number

of child labourers soaking in the sun, and empty stomachs without any clue of the future will automatically fall. No child will be helpless because

they will have an access to the most powerful weapon - education.

Short term impact on society: Education helps people become better citizens, get a better-paid jobs, and shows the difference between good

and bad. Education shows us the importance of hard work and, at the same time, helps us grow and develop. Thus, we are able to shape a

better society to live in by knowing and respecting rights, laws, and regulations.

Long term impact on society: Education positively impacts other areas of poverty such as shelter, water, and sanitation and promotes

better utilisation of healthcare facilities. Education among the underprivileged section of the society will automatically reduce many

issues that stop people from living healthy lives, including stunting, infant and maternal deaths, vulnerability to HIV/AIDS, and violence.

Project sustainability: Education can build lasting change – that is, sustainable change, because it is owned by the learner and reaches

hearts and minds. This project will develop the knowledge, skills, values and world-views necessary for people to act in ways that

contribute to more sustainable patterns of living. It will enable the poor, underprivileged communities to reflect on ways of interpreting

and engaging with the world.

Short term impact on government: No doubt that the government is trying and implementing its best in all regards with it's projects to

spread awareness regarding the importance of education among the weaker sections of the society and has launched various programs to

execute the same. But we believe that us, as individuals of the society and woke witnesses of a few issues, need to come up with this project

with all our will and effort. We can bridge the gap that is occurring between the government schemes and the underprivileged children

who want to attain education but are unaware of the schemes or remain unreached. In this way, we can be a helping hand to the

government.

Long term impact on Government: Education is one of the most important investments a country can make in its future. Global

Partnership for Education(GPE) supports lower-income countries to ensure that every child receives a quality education. GPE helps

partner countries transform their education systems to ensure that every girl and boy can get the quality education they need to unlock

their full potential and contribute to building a better world.

Overall impact on society reformation: Education has the power to help societies, and the world in general, change for the better.

According to Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world." Giving people hope

that they can improve their lot in life is one of the more powerful effects education has on a society.

Malcolm X says that: “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.” Education is a

powerful tool that can be used to make the world a better place to live in. Education is the first step a society needs before giving rights to

women and other minority groups.
