Javed Ahmed Tak’s life is a story of unyielding courage and determination. Despite the unimaginable tragedy, he has spent over two decades ensuring that children with disabilities, often forgotten by society and trapped behind closed doors, are given the education, care, and therapies they need to thrive. Javed’s NGO, Humanity Welfare Organisation, has brought hope and dignity to hundreds of children, but he cannot continue this mission alone.

“I went from one shop to another on my wheelchair and asked for funds to start this school. I could never have dreamed that such a school could be built. But this school today has everything that children with disabilities need” Javed says.
