Thirty years ago, Pratham was born out of a vision: ‘Every child in school and learning well’. Over the decades, Pratham’s work has evolved to address the diverse learning needs of India’s children, youth, and women. Our programs are meticulously designed to reach children at the pre-school and elementary levels, support school dropouts — especially girls and women — and provide vocational training to youth striving for a better future.

With your support, Pratham will continue to impact lives by building strong foundations in education for younger children, addressing learning gaps in older children, helping girls and women who have dropped out of school complete Grade 10, and providing youth with skills for placements through a network of over 2,000 employers.
