In India, each day, more than 12,000 people die due to lack of blood. In the year 2017-18, one million units of blood components were wasted. The average turn around time to transfuse blood to a patient is more than 12 hours from the time of donation. All these problems are happening as there is a huge shortage of blood donors and no coordination among hospitals and blood banks.

Change With One Foundation came up with Simply Blood - the world's first virtual blood donation platform to solve blood related issues mentioned here. By spreading awareness, we are creating a virtual community of blood donors registered on Simply Blood platform. Bigger the community, larger the impact will be.

1) Whenever a person raises blood request on Simply Blood, all the blood donors nearby will get real-time notification. By reducing the time to find a blood donor, our platform will increase chances of the patient to survive.

2) As the person is directly donating blood to a needy, the blood donated will not go wasted.

Currently we have 30K+ registered blood donors on the platform and targeting to have 10X blood donors this year. We have saved more than 3000+ potential lives across 22 nations since year without charging anything to blood donor or blood seeker.
