Women who belong to an indigenous or aboriginal tribe inside a nation or territory are referred to as tribal women. Due to their unique cultural identity, language, and way of life, they stand out from other women. Due to their marginalization and the few resources that are accessible to them, tribal women frequently confront particular difficulties. There are fewer prospects for employment as well as restricted access to vital services including healthcare, education, and other necessities. Tribal women frequently experience prejudice, exploitation, and violence based on their gender. Despite these difficulties, indigenous women have a long history of fortitude and leadership and continue to be crucial to the survival of their communities, customs, and languages.
The proposed project will deal with this problem by giving underprivileged Tribal women employability skills that have been certified by the Skill India based on market demand, which will empower them and make them self-sufficient by offering placement opportunities after training. This project will help impoverished families escape poverty by giving young people training. The project's goals include empowering economically underprivileged youth and, indirectly, raising household income to support family economic security.
The impact of skill training to tribal women is far-reaching. Skill training can give tribal women the opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge, which can open up new employment opportunities to them. This can result in improved economic and social wellbeing for themselves, their families, and their communities. It can also help to reduce poverty and inequality, as well as improve self-esteem and self-confidence. With improved skills and knowledge, tribal women can become better informed and better equipped to make decisions about their own lives, as well as the lives of their families and communities. Skill training can also provide tribal women with access to new technologies and modern ways of doing things, which can help to improve their access to healthcare, education, and other essential services. Finally, skill training can help to promote gender equality and empower tribal women by giving them the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge they need to become more self-sufficient and independent.
