Antarang builds this self reliance and employability in young adults through 2 structured and interactive programs :1. CareerAware: is an intensive career guidance program for adolescents in the 14 - 17 year age group. Through a series of games and activities, children start using a frame work to make informed career choices based on their aspirations, interests, aptitudes and realities. Antarang has encouraged over 6000 children from the 8th - 12th standards to plan their careers using this tool.2. CareeReady: answers the question of how do we prepare young adults for careers that they cannot probably anticipate today? By building in them core employability skills and work ethics.The Antarang graduates are then also provided access to employment/entrepreneurship opportunities and also linked to a mentor who guides them in the crucial first years of being part of the work force. Antarang has reached over 2500 students through the CareeReady program
