Sponsor free treatment for tribal people

Gudalur Valley in Tamil Nadu is a tribal-inhabited valley surrounded by three states: Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

The five tribes living in this area are marginalised and often can’t afford even basic facilities for health and sanitation. The area is hilly and geographically remote, and the nearest hospitals are located particularly far away.

We have been running various health programmes for two decades to help tribal communities and create awareness. Now we also run a 20-bed Gudalur Adivasi Hospital to provide free treatment for patients who need intensive care.

Every year, an average of 1500 patients are admitted into this hospital from various regions of Gudalur. Non-tribal patients from nearby areas are also provided free treatment at the hospital.

This project helps provide timely medical help and free treatment to around 1500 patients belonging to tribal communities in Gudalur. Your donations can help us to save even more people from death through easily treated diseases.
