Rohan works at Studio C Cubed, a part of the Diya Foundation's digital workstation, where he specializes in graphic design and data entry. He joined after completing a two-year multimedia course, gaining diverse skills. Rohan is known for his good sense of humor and friendly demeanor, often interacting with colleagues and visitors while staying focused on his tasks. He's organized, follows instructions, and is a great team player. His impeccable dressing is appreciated. Currently, he's undergoing Office Assistant Training and continues practical training. He earns through graphic design and proofreading, and this trend will continue after his Office Assistant Course.

The Diya Foundation aims to refine its training program, with a vision to impact 500 more students with intellectual disabilities through vocational training and create a pool of 250 employable adults, ready for the job market. This initiative seeks to transform lives and promote inclusivity.
