For many families of young adults with disabilities, one question weighs heavily every day: "What will my son or daughter do tomorrow?"

Especially in rural communities like Ramanagara, employment opportunities are few, and caregivers are often forced to give up their own work to support their loved ones. Talented hands remain idle, dreams are put on hold, and the future feels uncertain.

At Ishanya's Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Centre in Ramanagara, we want to change that.

We are setting up a vocational unit where young adults with disabilities and their caregivers can learn, create, earn, and grow together.

To make this dream a reality, we need your support to equip the vocational unit with essential resources, including:

• Sewing machines
• Cutting and pressing equipment
• Fabrics and accessories
• Tables, racks, and workspace furniture
• Tailoring notions and tools
