In India female work contribution is facing a significant drop, India women's labour contribution is 19.20 which is very low in comparison to countries like the US and the UK where the women's work contribution is 61 and 60 per cent. Indian Families are facing higher survival risks as in most families only one person is responsible for their survival and daily needs. Indian families living standard becomes a problem and They fail to get basic needs fulfilled like education, Healthcare.

We are planning to set up a skill school which will be providing skill training such as handcrafting, sewing and weaving which will be helping women to become skillful. We will be providing them with fundamental professional skills and soft skills so that they can join any organisation. We will be collaborating with different industry partners to get these women's placed in their organizations.

In the short term, these women would be able to reach a recognizable position professionally and financially. They would be able to raise their living standard and contribute to their family income. In the long run, these skilled women would be able to open their own small businesses which will be a small but huge impactable step towards a self-reliant India.
