Empowering Rural Teachers, Enriching Futures
For the past 18 years, Devi Savitri Shiksha Prasar Samiti has been educating children from underprivileged and marginalized families in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Our school — D.S. Middle School — has been a second home for hundreds of children whose parents are daily wage laborers or belong to SC/ST backgrounds.
Despite limited resources, our passionate local women teachers have kept this mission alive. These women, themselves from poor families, teach with dedication and heart — but their monthly salaries remain extremely low due to financial constraints.
This fundraiser aims to **support and strengthen these talented local women teachers** by providing them with fair salaries for the entire 2026–27 academic session.
🟢 Our Goal: ₹10,00,000
This amount will be directly used to support teachers’ honorariums, classroom resources, and essential school upkeep for the coming academic year.

NGO’s formal audit averages ₹2L, while our school programs audit is around ₹8L annually, reflecting the true scale of operations.
