Story
JAYAM TRUST/JAYAM SPECIAL SCHOOL for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability and Learning Disability incepted in 2011, with 2 children. At present, we are providing day care center for 135 students with special needs and residential care facility for 35 boys.
To accommodate more children from poor socio-economic background construction is under process, for which we are in need of funds to complete the building of free special school.
Total amount we need Rs. 1.70 Lacs
So far we have received Rs. 1.40 Lacs.
So please donate, the balance Rs. 30 Lacs
to help us complete the Special School.
Main noble cause behind this JAYAM was by very own brother named Jayaraj who suffered with mentally challenged and passed away. This JAYAM TRUST/ JAYAM SPECIAL SCHOOL is named after him.
Here at JAYAM we are Providing tailored education plans, therapy sessions and interventions designed to address their specific challenges can greatly improve their overall development and quality of life.
We also provide Special Education, Therapeutic services, vocational training and sports services dedicated in providing the highest level of learning and training. We pride ourselves on using evidence-based practice and techniques in a safe learning environment with qualified Special Educators and Therapists.
State Board syllabus is followed depending upon their grade and those who can cope up academically will appear for X Board exams. Every year we produce 100% result. Our Children who passed with flying colours have achieved in their life successful like working in TVS Group, a Computer programmer, a travel vlogger, a Chef and also a fashion designer.
Our Goal:
Providing support, training and resources to parents can empower them to better understand their child’s needs and advocate for their rights.

A construction of a free Special School with a Residential care facility for children with Special needs at Ayyappakkam, Srinivasa nagar, Chennai.
This residential care facility would cater to the needs of 180 children with special needs and they would be offered Special Education, Remedial Education, Therapy services, Vocational training. Our goal is to make the individuals self-reliant and lead an independent dignified life without the support of parents/guardians.
We seek your kind support for making this project a success and a dream come true for Special Children and their Parents. The project is scheduled to commence by June 2022 and tentative date for completion is June 2024.
