Proud Indian’s believes that Improving the skills of low-income communities will help to build a self-sustainable community. Skills development can reduce unemployment- and underemployment, increase productivity, and improve standards of living. Helping people develop and update their skills makes economic sense.

Proud Indian’s “Key For Success”(KFS) has been working for the past one year to ensure quality public service training for graduates in the semi-rural and rural part of India, especially young women from low-income communities, to support them become great officers for the future who would give back to their communities. We see education as an imperative tool for women to realize their maximum potential by gaining crucial skills and dispositions that set them on the path of social and economic empowerment.
