We are immensely grateful for your continued support of Alohomora's mission. We continue to strive towards enabling youth towards bright careers and futures!

Together, in 2024, we supported over 38,000 students across Delhi, Haryana, and Uttarakhand, guiding them towards informed career choices. With our continued emphasis to strengthen govt schooling system, we are enabling at-scale programs at the state level in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh and the district level in Jhajjar (Haryana) and Haridwar (Uttarakhand). This allows us an opportunity to enable careers for 3 lakh+ youth this year.

We partnered with UNICEF Yuwaah to deliver virtual career guidance webinars for students in grades 9-12 across government schools in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh, as well as launched a pilot project for marginalized youth. 

Our partnership with UNICEF in Madhya Pradesh focuses on Tribal Youth Aspirations and Career Opportunities, working with 20 ITIs across Jhabua, Dhar, and Alirajpur, with 2 facilitators at each ITI. This initiative will help tribal youth explore and achieve their career goals. 

We're also excited to join hands with UNICEF to design and implement a state-wide Career Guidance Program in Uttar Pradesh. This exciting collaboration is set to begin in October 2024.

We are also collaborating with other like-minded NGOs like iSaksham and SwaTaleem Foundation to further scale our impact.
