Girls face significant barriers to accessing quality education. Societal and economic factors such as poverty, gender discrimination, child marriage, and cultural norms often prevent girls from receiving the education they need to reach their full potential. Sankalp has been working since 2007 to improve access to education for underprivileged children in Telangana and has reached out to more than 3000 children to actualize their dreams. Sankalp believes that by promoting education among girl children, we can help break the cycle of poverty and create a bright future for them, their families, and the community at large.

Sankalp's aims at raising funds to provide educational support for an additional 500 children who are unable to attend school due to parental poverty and being compelled to work to contribute financially to their families. With the funds generated through this campaign, Sankalp will offer scholarships, impart life skills education, and create awareness about the prevention of child sexual abuse.
