Support the largest no-kill rescue home for dogs in India

What started off as a lone rescue mission by Rakesh Shukla, a Bangalore IT professional to care for two dogs left injured on the streets is now the largest no-kill rescue sanctuary and hospital of India. From 2 dogs to 800 dogs today, Voice of Stray Dogs (VOSD) is a forever home that every dog deserves.  VOSD Sanctuary and Hospital was founded on the principle that no dog will ever be euthanised because of lack of space, money or resources.

Every day volunteers of VOSD cook 200kgs of rice and 100 kgs of chicken for a single meal. The meal cost for a day amounts to Rs15,000 approximately and there are other costs like proper medical check-ups. They ensure that each dog has the best, most sophisticated and most expensive, medical care in India.

So far, VOSD has rescued 8,000+ dogs, given 250,000+ state-of-the-art free treatments, and we continue to provide hundreds of treatments every day across India.
