Enable 500 Adivasi women across Telangana access aspirational higher education and build leadership skills

We started Esther with a belief that every girl deserves to have a voice and choice in her life. With this belief, we've been working with Dalit and Adivasi girls across Telangana, supporting them to be future-ready, to start and thrive in their careers. 

When girls and women are provided with networks, resources, and an enabling environment, they can make better and more courageous choices for themselves in their lives and their careers.

After working with 300+ young women since 2021, we are now raising funds for the upcoming year. We've partnered with government colleges that specifically cater to girls from adivasi and dalit communities in Telangana and are now ready to roll out the program to our next batch of bright and ambitious young women. The program costs 7500 INR per student for 80 hours of mentorship, hands-on project-based learning, life skills, and career readiness workshops. The cost includes in-person and online workshops.

Our alumni are currently in prestigious higher education institutions and renowned organizations like Azim Premji University, Osmania University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad Central University, Leadership For Equity, Madhi Foundation etc, and are paving the way for more girls from their communities to break caste and gender norms and build thriving personal and professional lives.
