The INPHOG Research Foundation (Indian Pediatric Hematology Oncology Group) It's a Section 8 not-for-profit company—CIN U73100HR2021NPL100092 and is a collaborative research network focused on childhood cancers and blood disorders. Since 2015, INPHOG has expanded to 59 centers across India, enrolling over 20,000 children in research studies, with 12 ongoing clinical trials currently underway.

Why is this needed?

Every year, over 75,000 children in India are diagnosed with cancer. In high-income countries, 80% survive. In India, that number is just 30–40%.

The gap is not only due to a lack of treatment but also due to a lack of:

• Coordinated research
• Standardized treatment protocols

What does INPHOG do?

INPHOG brings together clinicians, researchers, and institutions across the country to:

• Design and implement research studies that answer key questions in childhood cancer care
• Track outcomes to identify gaps and improve treatment protocols
• Build registries and data systems that inform national policy and clinical practice
• Support capacity building by training and placing Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) at hospitals
• Collaborate internationally to bring global standards and innovation to Indian pediatric oncology
