This birthday, help me set up a Toy Library for kids

Birthdays were always magical when I was a child. Waking up to balloons, the sound of laughter, and the excitement of unwrapping a toy. It was a day filled with pure happiness and love. Those little moments shaped my childhood and are memories I hold close to my heart.

But not every child is as lucky. For countless children, birthdays come and go like any other day without toys, stories, or even a reason to smile. Their childhoods are overshadowed by hardships, leaving little room for the magic of play.

As my birthday approaches this year (March 29), I want to do something meaningful.

Instead of celebrating just for myself, I want to bring joy to children who deserve so much more than they have. Through Toy Bank, we can give underprivileged children the one thing every child should have—the freedom to play and dream.

Toy Bank aims to provide underprivileged children with the Right to Play and restore their childhood by engaging them with educational toys and storybooks for holistic development. Its mission is to bridge the gap between privileged and underprivileged children while promoting values of sharing and caring

Toy Bank buys new toys or collects pre-loved toys, lovingly restores them, and delivers them to children in need. These toys aren’t just things—they’re a way to spark curiosity, build confidence, and restore a piece of their stolen childhood.

Imagine a child unwrapping their first toy, their face lighting up with joy. Imagine the laughter as they play, the excitement of discovering new worlds through storybooks & toys. This is what I want to give them, the same happiness we felt as kids, the kind that stays with you forever.

I can’t do this alone. I urge all of my friends & family to help make this wish come true. A small contribution can go a long way—it can be why a child smiles, learns, and dreams again.
