To set up Yoga Park

DantaRamgarh Tehsil is the most backward in Sikar District in every sector i.e. education, health, Industries, Employment, farming and natural sources. (ii) Govt of India & Rajasthan declared it dark John by 1993 due to lack rainy water, drinking water and natural water sources. (iii) DantaRamgarh Tehsil has not any industry factory or earning sources except wages which is rare for wages they people have to migrate other states, gulf and other country. (iv) The People depend rainy seasons agriculture due to water crisis. (v) They have to face corona crisis. So the remaining income sources too disappeared. Sikar has a mixed population of aged with much percentage of person in the age and disable group varying from 50years to 109 years. Their status is characterized by poor economic conditions with no sustained means of income. 70-80 of these people are with deteriorated health conditions and depend on others for money. Around 90% of this population are either uneducated or less educated. Most of the aged & disable person, who are in a position to work, work as housemaids or ir-employer. There is not any Yoga park or public garden where neither old person nor any body may sit, share his feelings to other, exercise or walk.

77% Sc. St. Obc. Commutes people are living in the Tehsil . The Tehsil has special hardened geographical circumstances ie dark John declared no industrial area, no agriculture Sources ie education, employment Industries etc.  So the people have been exploited for pre historical time and continue.They are ill healthy. It is must to awareness them for their well health. All of us know that the permanent well health can be gotten by Yoga. ‘

6.Time frame & participants:-

The Society has already its branch own office at ward no.19 in Dantaramgarah dist. Sikar(Rajasthan)  building 3000 Sq. feet land with hall-2, stage space for yoga, is to prepare lawn, wash rooms, drinking facility, dress change room etc.

 The Yoga park’s activities and time will be following –

At morning 6 am. To 8 am. ( 2 hours for 2 batches and each batch has 50 students will participate .)

At evening:- 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. ( 2 hours for 2 batches and each batch has 50 students will participate in the Yoga Activities.

7. Steps:-

 1. The Ngo will prepare the land into leveling for lawn about 2000 sq. feet.

2. The leveled land will be grown greenery ( lawn )

3. 50 mates will be bought by the Ngo for Yoga participants.

4. Yoga books, loud speaker, black board, and other teaching aids will be bought by the Ngo with public aid or other grants.

5. The experience Yoga teacher will be hired for next 12 months who will teach the bathes .

6. The Ngo will build Yoga stage, facilities for yogic activities, alternate dress changing room, sign board toilets etc.

1. 200 including old person, women, rural youths will quittance Yoga and its benefits.

2. They will be increased their flexibility by yoga, body of motions.

3. They will be helped to build body strength and postures.

4. Yoga park helps them to keep their joints healthy.

5. The participants will get powerful, mindfulness practice with it.

6. The participants will be enabled to reduce stress, control low blood pressure, improve breathing, make healthier life choice by Yoga Park.

7. They will be enabled to encourage their body’s natural healing process.

8. 200 persons will be got habitual for early rise practice al Yoga life sacraments and well healthy.

9. Atlast whole DantaRamgarh Tehsil will know about Yoga Park and Give India’s Foundation’s grant and social Service.
