About the Beneficiary Organization:

Nearly 80 to 90% of Speech and Hearing-impaired Population are unemployed or underemployed in India.

Few reasons backing this problem are:

1. Lack of early intervention.

2. Inadequacy in schooling system.

3. Less than 1% of Higher Educational institution are accessible

4. No knowledge of Sign language in families and society
