For many adolescent girls in Jharkhand state, this key remains out of reach, locked away by the barriers of poverty, tradition, and societal norms. Denied access to quality education, these girls are deprived of the chance to fulfill their potential, to break free from the cycle of poverty, and to contribute meaningfully to their communities. 

We must also prioritize the health and well-being of our adolescent girls, ensuring they have access to essential healthcare services and information to make informed choices about their bodies and their futures. Too often, adolescent girls in Jharkhand lack access to basic healthcare, leading to preventable illnesses and untimely deaths

Fund to use in different way :-

1. Infrastructure Development: Invest in building and renovating schools in rural areas of Jharkhand to ensure they are conducive to learning. This includes constructing classrooms, libraries, computer labs, and sanitation facilities. Access to safe and clean learning environments is crucial for encouraging girls to attend school regularly.

2. Teacher Training and Recruitment: Allocate funds for training and recruiting qualified teachers, particularly female teachers who can serve as role models for adolescent girls. Training programs should focus on gender-sensitive teaching methodologies, child psychology, and inclusive education practices to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
