Women Skill Development Program

Kakdwip Sub-division at sundarban area there are more than 10 thousands households in these three villages where majority of the disadvantaged peoples. Most of the families depend on daily casual labor, agriculture, fishermen. Every year, these areas affect by the destructive flood disaster. Under privileged Youths of the proposed project regions have in critical economic condition because of their poverty and unsustainable work to generate their income. Unemployment is one of the major problems among the community, due to lack of right skills.

• Monthly Community Orientation Meetings
• Banner leaflet for publishing the Women Skill Development Program
• Registering of trainees first two months
• Training Operation two days of an week on two hours
• Computer training six month/ one year (two days of an week on two hours)
• Tailoring training six month/ one yea (two days of an week on two hours)
• Basic cosmetology training six month/ one yea (two days of an week on two hours)
• Provide the certificate
• Job Linkage to company

Direct Beneficiaries:

1. 100 poor Women would be trained. 100 trainees would be trained from the community in Computer, Tailoring and Basic cosmetology course.
2. 100 disadvantage Women would be engaged in income generation activities after completion of the project.

Indirect Beneficiaries:

• 500 peoples disadvantaged community would be got benefit from this project. As family members
•  Trained beneficiaries would get opportunity of income generated to sustain their families livelihood.
•  Living standard of the peoples will improve.

            Economic condition will rise of the region.

• Women will come on one platform to share their experiences. People will get aware about vocational trainings and employment abilities.
