Women Vocational Training by Tailoring and Beau-tic

DantaRamgarh Tehsil is the most backward in the Sikar District in every sector like economically geographically and educations.There is neither natural sources nor industries or mills except wages.It is already declared Dark John from 1992 by govt of India. So agriculture is only dream for the area 78% Sc,St,Obc resents in the Tehsil. The women’s conditions are so worse that they are depend on only wages at mason, agriculture, cleaning etc.They are unknown about Govt schemes due to lac of awareness.There is a few Ngo’s who are providing such program to rural women.

Project Duration :- Oct.02,2022 to Dec.31,2023

Project objectives:• To form women self - help groups in 2 slums• To create employment opportunities to less privileged slum women by introducing tailoring training.• To provide skills tailoring training to women to generate additional income to meet their basic needs.• To improve their socio- economic- cultural standards• Through adult education help children to go back to school instead of going for hazardous works • To promote awareness and participation in family responsibilities• To sustain small saving and net working with banks and other government bodies.• To educate women in mother & child care healthy environment

roject the Ngo will take following steps:-1. The Ngo will create 2 Batches [25-25 each batch for first six month then next 2 batches like same ]of rural women who belongs poorer Sc,ST,Obc, widow and help less in DantaRamgarh Tehsil by advertising through newspapers and pumplets.2. The batches will be provided tailoring training both ladies & gents garments for six month and two hours perday 2 hours [ I hour theory and I hour practical] at Ngo’s B.O. office at Behind of SBI Bank DantaRamgarh [Sikar] Rajasthan.3. The trainees will not only be provided training material but also marketing by trained and the Ngo freely. 4. During the training the progress report, U.C. and test’s result which will be taken by the NGO and sent to Our respected Donors and GIVE.Do. 5. After training completed the Ngo will proud placement/ employment to the batches.The Training will provide in the following steps [syllabus ]50 rural women were divided 2 batches they will be trained 2 hours [one hour theory and one hour practical] per day. Will working days in a week except Govt holidays for next 6 months For first to batches and remaining for to batches same the way for next 6 months.

Syllabus:

First month:- The batches will trained hand stitch work i.e. button hook chain, whining, button hall and measure to operate pedal &handled sewing machines.Necklace nec blouse square neck blouse high neck cross cutting blouses.• Jaket used by elderly women – Pumjabi dress model• Katori choli – Body pretty coat sari petti coat frock pajama jubba Guppy dreesThird month:- Gents garments i.e. under wear, shirts, trousers paints, Jackets and coatsFourth month:- Embroidery on –saree dressespillow comers ets.Fifth month :-Export quality garments will be learn to scotch .Sixth month :- All of taught revised by in this month.

Special Note:

During the training every learner will be motivated for to stitch 100 clothe bag ( size 1*2.5 feet ). Such the way 100 learners will prepare 10000 bags. The bags will be distrubuted Dantaramgarh Tehsil's 20 Govt Sen. Sec. School's students awakening them for use clothe bags instead polythene.

100 rural women means 100 family well be skilled in tailoring & Beau tic 2. They will be able to earn lest 200 Ru. Per day very easily and such way enhance their live hood.3. The skill will transfer their hairs .4. Rural women will join with SHG Group.5. They will be able self reliance mentally.6. 10000 Students would be awakened for avoid polythene. They will be enabled to cooperate clean India, environment and personal cleaning. DantaRamgarh Tehsil people will aware of Give.Do welfare activity.
