Women's Livelihood Through Environmental Protection, Plastic Ban, Training And Promotion

The concern is that women are not given the same opportunities as men when it comes to education and career development. This can lead to a lack of confidence and self-esteem, which can impact every aspect of their lives. We have 1000s of SHGs functioning and trained by govt.s but still women are not getting paid for work. They are struggling they have skills, and funds with subsidies but not they are not becoming entrepreneurs.  

The aim is to empower women so that they can reach their full potential, both personally and professionally. If you're a woman who feels like you could benefit from some extra support, then the Shelf Help Group could be just what you need.

We are adopting 100s of SHGs in Juria Block, Nagaon, Assam. We will be training theme mentoring them to proper utilization of govt. fund and convert their skills, knowledge, and network into a profitable venture. 

The JRS provides women with the skills they need to be employable. We offer training and education in a variety of areas, including computer skills, financial literacy, and entrepreneurship. We also provide mentorship and support so that our members can succeed in their chosen fields.

We are training them to become entrepreneurs and earn and become economically strong. We believe that every woman has the right to an education and the opportunity to succeed. With the Shelf Help Group, we are making this a reality.

Almost 1500 SHG members will be empowered, and it will create an impact of 3000-5000 families.
