Yellow Rooms Empower Programme

Yellow Rooms are two-room permanent safe spaces in the middle of impoverished slums in U.P., the most populous and one of the poorest regions of India. Yellow Rooms work with very marginalised children for years delivering education, social-emotional wellbeing, job-readiness and health to the children to help them break free from abject poverty. 

This fundraiser support the Yellow Rooms Empower children - older children who have been with Yellow Rooms for years and completed their schooling. Now they need support to pursue undergraduate and other higher degrees that will help them find gainful employment. Remember, these are first generation learners and the first in their communities to pursue higher studies. Your support will make a real difference in the life of these children whose life-trajectories can alter dramatically because of compassionate supporters like you.
