I'm reaching out about something that sits close to all our hearts — either as adults who've already been there, or as parents living through the journey of parenting one right now.

In my work, I meet young people every week who are quietly struggling — with anxiety, loneliness, pressure they don't know how to name, and a persistent fear that they're not enough. Most never reach a counsellor's office. They just carry it, silently.

That's why we're organising Festival of Life — a full day in Delhi built entirely around young people. Music, food, creativity, an open mic, a youth marketplace, and six counselling workshops on what actually shapes this age: relationships, pressure, failure, identity, family. Every participant also gets 30 days on Elaris Life, Acrophile's resilience-building app for young people, to carry the day's tools into daily life.
