Impact Yashika is 11 years old and studying 6th standard at the Bharathi Primary School of Reddypatti. Her family resides in the Adi Dravidar colony. Her father after becoming infected with HIV/AIDS and has been undergoing the Anti Retro Viral Therapy for the last six years. She too is under ART regimen for the last one year. Yashika belongs to the community of Schedule caste which is considered the lowest and untouchables in the Hindu caste hierarchy.The exclusion of the community and individuals belonging the considered to be low is not very rigid in the urban centres. But in the rural belts like the region where Yashika's family reside, the rigidity on caste system is still very much prevalent. And that is the reason why families of Scheduled castes like that of Yashika's can only live in the secluded settlements located faraway from the village proper. When already being forced to be in a socially excluded life deprived of many rights, living with HIV/AIDS is terribly added burden.Under the circumstances, the Nutrition Support for a month provided to Yashika will be considered as a Panacea by her parents. Education

The project is planned to undertake in Jabalpur after realizing the need and identifying the problems of child labourers in this area. Poverty forces the majority of people to migrate in search of employment to earn daily bread. This affects their children the most since they drop out of school. After dropping out, many children are put in various hazardous works in industries and other fields to earn bread for the family. Our society has initiated the activities on elimination of child labour and rehabilitation of the affected children. 
 Experienced and trained teachers are to be entrusted for taking classes for the children. Non-formal education classes in the form of bridge course are to be conducted to motivate the children to get back to the formal schooling. The curriculum includes formal and non-formal education. Other activities of sports and cultural, exposure visits to different places of historical importance will also be the programmes planed. Periodic health check-up camps to be organized for the children. The children will be admitted to the Bridge school with accommodation and nutritive food. We propose to strengthen the functioning of these school activities via our Bridge school programme. 
 A sense of confidence is instilled in these children. This confidence paves the way for holistic development of children. They are taught to be fluent in English which is a global language. We also ensure that with the vocational skills imparted into them, they get placements in decent jobs. Help us build these children.

Impact Suman was a 7-year-old child without any dreams. Simple joys like going to school and making friends were alien to her. Her father had a damaged kidney and her mother was a daily wage worker. Their extreme poverty neither allowed them to send her to school and nor were they able to fulfill her small needs. Every 90 minutes a youth commits suicide in India. Mental depression is highly stigmatized in Indian society and has therefore become a burning issue affecting adolescents predominantly. Mental health problems among adolescents can lead to catastrophic consequences such as suicide, depression,substance abuse,failure to complete schooling and health problems. 
  Our Organisation aims to provide free expert counselling to 5000 Poor and deprived Adolescents of 100 Government schools of Interior negligible areas .This project will introduce counselling sessions to 100 Government schools of District Jabalpur. and near 50 villages.50 counsellors and 50 social workers will screen for students who need counselling and provide individual or group therapy depending on the individual's need.Counselling will address the child's emotional needs and equip them with skills to overcome their trauma and become a strong, independent person.At the end of the project, 100 teachers will be trained to develop sensitivity towards vulnerable children. 
 5000 underprivileged children will be better informed about mental health.5000 children will be equipped with skills to manage emotional trauma.Improvement in social, psychological and emotional stability of 5000 children.Guidance and extra support will reflect on better academic attendance and grades.This project will provide emotional resilience and assist children to have a brighter future.

Corona Virus has a devastating effect all over the world. Thousands of innocent people are dying due to this and number of infected people are increasing day by day. Here in Madhya Pradesh ,Poor marginalized, daily wage workers, Homeless, Street &amp; Slum people are not able to Hygiene kit, Foods &amp; Basic need due to financial constraints. As a result, they suffer from adverse effects and their life becomes like hell. 
 This Prevent COVID19 project will provide Immediate &amp; direct support for risk people of Coronavirus such Grocery Food Packet, Soap, Mask, Sanitize item, Hygiene Kit support to the 15000 daily wage workers, Homeless, Street &amp; Slum families, who lost work and earning. Also spread awareness about precaution and prevention through awareness programmes and counseling. 
 Destitute people will be saved from this epidemic situation and will have proper sanitizing kit which will help in not spreading of the corona virus.Rehabilitation would be possible and they will get support instantly. They will believe in humanity. Also, these poor people will get a bright light from a dark life.If we can protect the lives of our communities from this dangerous threat; our children at schools will be able to perform well.Hence, globally, we will recovery from the aftermath threat of this virus.

Globalization and liberalization of economic reforms are perpetrating the vicious complex conditions of socio economic exclusive for downtrodden it is resulting in increasing misery to Downtrodden, loss of livelihood as agricultural and other artisan work, displacement,migration, increasing poverty, unemployment, social, disintegration, denial of Human rights and social justice , undermining peace and development within and outside Downtrodden communities.This is very critical time to poor and labor people who are work daily and feed their families. Due to COVID 19 they are not getting daily work to feed their families, many are not wearing Masks and not using sanitizers due to lake of money and they don’t have any knowledge how to protect them selves. 
 To strengthen the downtrodden/Adivasi/marginalized assertion in socio-economic cultural and political spheres, so that they are in a position to tap the benefits and gain stature on par with the developed communities.To create and enhance natural resources related opportunities for the poor, especially Downtrodden and women to enable them to meet their aspirations for a better life.To facilitate and emphasis is on institutionalizing, training and formation of decentralized capacity building networks by pooling resource persons and interested organizations building their training capacities on social issues, sustainable agricultural and forestry and waste land development.To carry out research and advocacy on strategic issues of Downtrodden and national importance in order to arrest further discrimination and deprivation. 
 This Project basically puts concrete efforts to bring the oppressed and marginalized people into main stream and make their Head high by strengthening their hands and Being.Our Vision to support marginalized people through the Practical applicant of knowledge and resources to improve the quality of their life and that of future generations

Health and Livelihood Project( Downtrodden women and Adults)

Establishment of a Hostel for 200 children (Schedule caste and Schedule Tribes) and economically backward students whom were lost their bread winner in COVID-19 at Jabalpur 
 In the long term, those students house at the hostel that lost their bread winner in COVID-19, come from remote tribal areas and be provided with an education and vocational training. This will enable them to obtain employment when they are at the appropriate age, and to help create an educated population who are able to bring themselves above the poverty line through sustainable livelihoods. Additional quality upgradation classes that would be run at the hostel will enable the students to undertake quality education which otherwise drop out from the schools and colleges 
 - 200 tribal students, who lost their bread winners will be provided admission and accommodation in the boarding home.- 200 students from tribal and backward community would be continued their study per year.- Child marriage, child labour, child abuse and bonded labour ratio will be reduced.- Children will learn equality and freedom.- They will be made aware of the importance of education.- They would become more responsible persons at home and in the society.- They would gain more knowledge about health and hygiene.- As the years go illiteracy will be eradicated.- They would learn more social and moral virtues.-They would learn to support themselves and their poverty stricken families-They will not feel alone in Society, they will make their own Identity

Our organization (Christian Organization for Social Service) is working in the field of Orphanages, Schools for poor and needy children,Child Development Centers, Women’s Empowerment, Income generating skills.Through our organization worked in rural and backward areas, through organization efforts we had able to stop early child marriage through organizational welfare our area people are developing in Educational, Health, Income Generation, and found out better and good livelihood. The organization does the work of welfare of poor and needy children ,women from backward areas.The organization concentrated on poor and orphan children Malnutrition,education, free medical checkups,child labour and child marriage awareness programmes. The organization works on poor background and illeterate women welfare programmes like adult literacy, HIV awareness camp, income generating programmes like tailoring, pickle making, candle making, etc.The organization works to improve the level of life of Urban slum dwellers, tribal, and geographically remote , poor and needy People.
