We are working with 100 top corporate companies (Bank of America,  HDFC Bank, 3M, IBM, Google, SBI Cards, SGS, Korn Ferry, Vedanta, Disney, Hexaware, Nomura Bank, HT Parekh  Foundation, CAF, UNICEF, United Way and many others) to transform government schools (better toilets, improved  drinking water, scholarships, digital literacy, value-based training, etc.). KPMG audits financials and Deloitte reviews  processes.In 2015, we received Innovative Philanthropy Prize by Prince Albert II of Monaco where Jack Ma was one of the finalists.  In 2017, we were awarded an IBM Impact grant. In 2019, Amitabh Shah became the youngest Indian to win the Ellis Island  Medal of Honor. This agenda encompasses the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), comprising 17 crucial global objectives.As part of our commitment, Live to Inspire has established an independent autonomous Public Interest Foundation named “UNITED FIRST.” This foundation takes on the responsibility for each of the Sustainable Development Goals outlined by the United Nations for 2030. UNITED FIRST operates as a consortium, bringing together industry leaders, NGOs, youth leaders, and influential figures to collaborate with state governors across India.Aligned with the 17th SDG, which emphasizes the importance of partnerships, we aim to forge impactful connections between government entities, NGOs, and private sectors. Our goal is to address societal issues at both macro and micro levels, fostering collaboration to achieve common objectives and create a tangible social impact."

LIVE TO INSPIRE CHARITABLE TRUST

Sense International India, also known as Sense India, was established in 1997 as the first and only non-governmental organisation to support the development of comprehensive services for people with deafblindness and multiple disabilities throughout India. Sense India works with local organisations to develop sustainable services for children and adults with deafblindness and collaborates with the government at centre and state levels. We have reached to provide needs-based services to around 80,000 children with deafblindness directly through 60 partner NGOs in 23 states of India, and through collaboration with the government’s national Samagra Shiksha - ‘inclusive education’ programme. With our effort, children with deafblindness and multiple disabilities have been identified and are being prepared to attend mainstream schools. We are also partnering with leading organisations in Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Maldives and Malaysia to train educators and setup needs-based services for deafblind.  Sense India advocates for the recognition and realisation of rights of persons with deafblindness with the government and our biggest achievement has been recognition of ‘Deafblindness’ in the Rights of Persons with Disability Act 2016 and their rights are now protected. The inclusion of vaccination for Rubella under the Universal Immunization Programme is another significant achievement of our advocacy initiatives. We are a member of several Central Government and State level advisory groups. Sense India is accredited by the United Nations and enjoys consultative status on deafblindness.

Sense International India

TIDE is a start-up educational reforms organization founded in November 2014 that aims to bring about a sustainable change in the educational system. As of October 2022, we have impacted the lives of 32,500+ individuals. We have multiple programs that work with different aspects of education ranging from direct education provision to teacher capacity development and school improvement. All the programs are independent and act as an NGO in their own right though they follow a similar guideline i.e. work on high impact projects, with the aim to create a system that resolves the root cause in a span of 15 years.

“The most terrible poverty is loneliness and the feeling of being unloved”- Mother Teresa‘Elder Care Trust’, a non-profit organization that is committed to providing inclusive healthcare to elderly patients. Elder Care Trust is raising funds for its care center for the terminally ill senior citizens in Ahmedabad.At present, we have around 30 senior citizens at our care center and all of them suffer from terminal diseases like dementia, Alzheimers, cancer, paralysis, etc. Many of them are too weak to walk up to the washroom and need constant care and attention. We strive to provide them with the best preventive, curative and rehabilitative care, with an intention to minimize their physical pain and suffering.We have a team of committed caregivers, who take care of all their needs with utmost dedication and love. A caregiver is assigned for every two members so that they receive personalized attention. Every day, they are served four freshly prepared meals along with dietary supplements like milk and juices as per their needs. We also provide them geriatric support and counseling so that they are never overwhelmed by their condition and understand the specific ‘dos and don’ts’.At ElderCare Trust, we understand that giving our members the best medical care and alleviating their physical pain is just not enough. Senior citizens at our center have been contributing to society all their life and they deserve all the happiness, joy and love during this last leg of their lives. So, we aim to create a holistic environment for them. With an intention to encourage companionship, various outdoor and indoor recreational activities are carried out on a daily basis. We celebrate festivals and birthdays with gusto and also organize fun events like comedy shows or ‘yoga for the elderly’ on a timely basis.At ‘Elder Care Trust’, we have so far had the privilege to serve and learn from more than 100 senior citizens since our inception. One thing that I have realized, is that these ‘veterans of life’ are the guiding light to an otherwise insensitive society lacking in compassion and that we need them much more than they need us. Their profound wisdom and the unconditional love they shower upon us is something to be treasured and they are to be cherished, rather than to be inhumanly deserted as they reach the twilight of their lives.

Saath is a non-government organization implementing community-led, innovative solutions aimed at making human settlements more equitable and inclusive. We work closely with deprived communities, empowering them to be the change in their own lives for the last 30 years. DRISHTI founded in 1993 is an organization, which uses media, arts and communication tools to cultivate awareness of human rights and grassroots development in India. Our programs are all approached through the prism of human rights and equality and with a commitment to community participation and outreach. Having realized the need to harness the potential of existing art forms and new technologies in contributing to the pursuit of a just and equal society, Drishti works on strengthening grassroot communications through training, producing films and audio for awareness and strategic communication planning. Radio Nazariya 107.8FM, a community radio station and a program of Drishti has been working in Ahmedabad since 2016 and has been trying to develop its roots in creating a feminist lens when working with its community. We wish to do this so that as a community radio station, we stay sensitive and have a feminist lens in our broadcasting, and also participate in building a grassroots movement in the community. While covering a range of development issues such as women empowerment, urbanization &amp; employment, health and sanitation; we're also a space for creative expressions of children and budding artists of the city. A station where all citizens are welcome to share their stories, we're a platform to discuss, debate and critique issues that matter.
