As an NGO registered under the Indian Trust Act, Second Chance Foundation strives to work hand in hand with the government to provide aid and welfare for the elderly abandoned as well as the terminally ill destitute living on the fringes of society such as on the roads, in hospitals, bus stops, railway stations etc. We achieve this by facilitating their rescue, rehabilitating them to their former selves and subsequently integrating them into our shelter homes established across the city. Second Chance Foundation became operational in the year 2020 and is the brainchild of our founder Jasper Paul. At the time, in his early twenties, after a life-altering event which almost cost him his life and was saved miraculously by the Grace of God was brought to despair looking at the destitute who were abandoned by their families for a myriad of reasons and were left for dead on the streets of Hyderabad and all around Telangana. He was firm in his resolve to bring about a change, to the best of his abilities and got to work immediately. He was joined by his wife Therisa, who was inspired by all the work that had been done to aid the people in need. Together the two of them have dedicated their lives towards the service of the downtrodden and needy. Here at the Second Chance Foundation, we rescue the disadvantaged and nurture them with the best possible medical care, ample shelter, and nourishing food, alongside any psychological and psychiatric help that they may require in order to sustain them in their new lease at life. We work indiscriminately with those who are sick, dying, terminally ill as well as the mentally unsound irrespective of Caste, Creed, Religion and Race. They stay with us, as our family, through the course of their lives until their final breath. Consequently, to uphold the spirit of human dignity, we also take care of the last rites of the people who have passed away at out centres. We wholeheartedly believe that there is no greater calling than serving the ones who have nothing to give back and we accomplish all of this with the help of a LOVING GOD who watches over and helps each and every one of us.

Sphoorti Foundation is a non-profit organization working for underprivileged children - orphaned, abandoned, destitute, and other vulnerable groups. Our mission is to change the lives of such children - by providing them with long-term care. This includes basic needs, education and healthcare, and skills necessary to transform them into responsible citizens.We run Sphoorti Model School, a residential school that provides free education to underprivileged children. We also provide education support to more than 100 children for Intermediate and Degree courses (BTech, BCom, BSc, BPharm).In addition, we provide lunch to more than 75 homeless people everyday in Tirupati.

The Rural Development Foundation (RDF) is a non-profit organization that began as a family initiative. As far back as 1991, members of the Errabelli family discussed the idea of giving something back to their village of Kalleda. They felt a need to repay their debt to the land that had provided their family with wealth over several generations.Members of the Errabelli family recognized that their success in life were largely due to their access to quality education. Thus in 1996, they established the first RDF school in the estate building that had housed the family. At its inception, RDF was an organization involved in not only educating the children of the village, but also improving overall development of the people and welfare of the village with special reference to public amenities, healthcare and other facilities.RDF’s Memorandum of Association was modified in 2010 to focus on educational activities, to provide quality education and to develop socially conscious leaders. As an organization, it has also expanded to other areas of Telangana. There are now four RDF schools and one junior college spread across two districts.The vision is to promote education as a vehicle for rural development.Our mission is to make a lifelong difference to the lives of rural underprivileged girls and boys through holistic education.Our goal is to educate, engage and empower rural girls and boys.RDF schools strive to create India’s future leaders, people who not only respect their rich, cultural heritage but are also ready to lead their country into the future. Our constant endeavor includes our sincere attempt to inculcate civic sense and social responsibility into young minds.As an educational organization, RDF encourages students to think beyond textbooks. The teachers promote social awareness by providing a forum for open discussion and debate on current issues like dowry, pollution, gender discrimination and other social issues. RDF alumni pay visits to their alma mater and teach the present generation of students, a way of giving back to their schools. Additionally, teachers emphasize the importance of preserving and respecting one’s roots and environment through activities like traditional dance, folklore, handicrafts, organic gardening and cleaning. This has encouraged students to be proud of what they are. They believe in the dignity of labour and are happy with their identity.We at RDF hope our students and alumni will be in touch and continue to be proud of their roots.As part of our larger vision to extend education to a larger community, we have tied up with Tech Mahindra Foundation in 2013 and adopted two government schools in Bahdoorpally. RDF staff train and guide teachers to embody our values of play-learning, the importance of creativity and sports. Both schools have been awarded as the best schools in the district for the year 2016.RDF students have benefitted from our commitment to give access to sports an integral part of our curriculum. Many children have realized their inner potential through the opportunities and training provided and have participated in international and national competitions. Pranitha, an RDF alumni represented India in archery at the Olympics in Beijing 2012. Lavanya and Sharadha also represented our country in the World Police Meet in USA and bagged two gold and one silver.
