Project KHEL is the flagship and only project of the Society for Development Activities. We use the language of play to impart what is untaught and speak what is unsaid. By creating joyful, friendly and safe learning spaces on the playground, we encourage children to be spontaneous and express themselves freely. Our methodology and modules have been created with an emphasis on gender – which we integrate in our actions, our words and our purpose. Over time, our form (play) and content (life skills and gender) help transform children into confident, secure, gender-sensitive and informed citizens. Our work with children over the years has also given us the expertise to make message oriented training programs. We have the ability to ideate and create special games for particular topics which might be hard to communicate otherwise..Other than the regular Life Skills Education (LSE) programme which utilises sports and activity-based curriculum to impart crucial life skills through Experiential Education, we have a programme that utilises the unique sport of Ultimate Frisbee to address gender and pluralism as well as three additional programmes on Child Sexual Abuse (CSA), Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) and Puberty &amp; Teen Issues are being implemented in workshop mode.
