Childhood cancer is mostly curable across the world. But in India, with up to 40% of children with cancer being malnourished at diagnosis, survival is a huge problem. We're on a mission to change that through our FoodHeals program. We give children undergoing cancer therapy at over 30 government and charity hospitals access to trained clinical paediatric nutritionists, expert dietary counsels, supplements, in-meals, hot meals, monthly ration baskets and caregiver support. Good food helps the medicine work!Besides the love and affection of our patients, their families, and our supporters, we’ve won some awards along the way too. This includes the National Award for Child Welfare in 2015-16 from the Hon’ble President of India and the Special Jury Mention at the Outlook Poshan Awards in 2019.

It is a one-of-its-kind, English medium, rural school equipped with infrastructure and facilities that only topmost urban schools have.Healthcare : Specialized, quality healthcare services are provided to less-privileged villagers around 50 km radius through the establishment of Medical and Dental Clinic and conducting camps.Women Empowerment : Economic empowerment is provided for underprivileged and needy women to enable them to earn a livelihood, run their families and become independent. Training and employment opportunities are provided in the manufacturing of food products, premium chocolates, handcrafted bath and body care products and handicraft articles.Shree Raj Roti Centre : Is a food service program which provides meals to the poor, needy, unwell and old-age category of people at a highly subsidized rate.

Social Activities Integration-SAI is constantly working for Upliftment and making bright future of the deprived, marginalized and underprivileged children of Sex Workers for nation building activities.The children of Sex Workers residing in the Red Light Areas like Kamathipura &amp; Falkland, where the profession of prostitution of their mothers  is highly vulnerable of life threatening due to dreaded diseases and possibility of physical assault because persons from all categories and every walks of life are constantly visiting for the said activity and some of them are perverts. Hence this situational causing embarrassment and adverse impact on the minds of  the children and defraying from going to school. The atmosphere in their locality is very pathetic and not encouraging for pursuing the education. We therefore wish to come forward for providing the opportunity of the education to these children for their safety from the offence of sex-abuse and sexual exploitation by the male domination and to prevent the girls children from entering in to the activity of prostitution &amp; boys in to becoming pimps like their ill- fated mothers.Hence there is need of “APANI DUNIYA” away from brothel atmosphere. Morning children are attending public schools, Afternoon they attend Study Club in SAI’ s office at Byculla, Mumbai &amp; in the evening the return to them at 6 p.m. At that time they do not have space to seat &amp; study in their homes i.e. brothels &amp; they find it extremely difficult to sleep at night because of the continues prostitution of their mothers. Their living place is very small consisting of one bed having size of 3 *6 Feet. On the top surface of the bed the mother is carrying on prostitution activity and under the bed the child/ children are sleeping, there is no place for the children for the study peacefully and concentrate on it. Moreover, the customers visiting brothels are rude, aggressive, drunk &amp; unmannerly behaving inhumanly with the sex workers using slang words sometimes quarreling &amp; beating. Due to these children cannot sleep, focus on their studies &amp; seeing atrocities to their mothers by customers their behavior become uncommon, wild &amp; resulting in to irritating responding to others. This impact is very bad on the tender mind of the children. Hence to protect the wellbeing of the children &amp; build up bright future of the children it is also absolutely necessary to shift them to SAI’s 11.5 Acres own land and establish “APANI DUNIYA- OUR UNIVERSE” A proposed Shelter Project at Kuhe, Taluka –Bhiwandi, District- Thane.

Nargis Dutt Foundation is a registered, charitable organization working passionately in the areas of Health &amp; Education. It was first set up in 1981 in New York by Shri Sunil Dutt and the Indian Community in memory of Smt Nargis Dutt.  Over these 42 years, the impact of the foundation has been immeasurable touching the lives of millions of individuals through equipping 100’s of rural hospitals PAN INDIA with medical diagnostic equipment as well as mobile vans, supporting treatment of thousands of cancer patients annually, providing scholarships for meritorious and deserving students and holistic development of rural schools in India. NDF has also worked during the national calamities in India, be it the earthquakes in Latur and Bhuj or the floods in Mumbai, Bihar and Raigad.NDF works at grassroot levels and due diligence is done for every single case. The first bone marrow transplant in India was supported by NDF in 1983. Critical Care equipment was donated to Tata Memorial Hospital, after which the ICU was named after Nargis Duttji. In 2020, Nargis Dutt foundation worked extensively for covid relief and was conferred the prestigious PICC Award by the Governor of Maharashtra.

Jeevan Aanand Sanstha (JAS) was set up in 2013, with the sole objective of catering to the destitute and homeless. Mr. Sandip Parab has been drawn toward helping the needy since his childhood. He moved to Mumbai when he was 24 and for the better part of the first decade worked with various social organizations serving women, HIV-infected, children, drug addicts, etc; but noticed that there were not many people or organizations helping the destitute senior citizens. He was moved to action, seeing these needy people on the streets; with no food, shelter, or healthcare. He started JAS, to serve as a bridge for the deserving needy. His vision, ‘Every forsaken person on the street of age 18 years and above lives a respectful life’ has led him to serve and help hundreds of people who have no one else.In this journey, he has observed so many senior citizens in rural and urban areas; who have children but still struggle for their day-to-day existence. The children are either not in the same city or are not in a position to care for their parents. He wants to be able to cater to these senior citizens, providing a place of residence that they can call ‘Home’, eliminating the sense of abandonment and instilling a sense of belonging in its place. As a country, and as individuals we have a moral and ethical obligation to ensure that these people are well looked after and cared for. AXF’s mission is to create a society that is inclusive, equal, and fair, and to bridge the social and economic divide by empowering children from marginalised communities via a solid education from the primary level till they are gainfully employed. We aim to assimilate entire communities living on the fringes of society into mainstream society, via a collaborative process in which the educated affluent are trained to play the role of educators, mentors and guides to their less privileged counterparts living within the same geographies.The Solution:Angel Xpress Foundation has successfully implemented an idea that uses the coexistence of slums and high-rises to bridge the social divide, in Mumbai, India, home to over 22 million people of which 41.3% live in slums.Under our “Free Learning Center” Program, socially conscious educated citizens, homemakers from affluent backgrounds and active retirees are recruited, trained, and guided to set up a community service program in their neighbourhood. Volunteers receive extensive training from AXF for skill development as teachers; a core team is chosen from among the volunteer body and is provided training for leadership and social entrepreneurship so they can lead their own neighbourhood program independently.
