Almost 21% of the population in India lives in poverty. One of the most important need is education. The children are the direct victims of lack of education which is the only weapon that would help them come out of the mire.Many of them lose their parents at an early age, some are left deserted and some due to poor socio-economic conditions cannot afford to go to school. One of the most important causes because of which parents don’t send their child to school is economic problems. Irrespective of how much they work, the wages are not enough for them to afford the cost of education of their kids. For them education of their child is not a primary need at the first place, even the children are forcefully engaged in some form of labour due to unavoidable circumstances. This ultimately leads to many health problems as the child is deprived of all nutritional requirements in the developmental stages which results in stunting, wasting, malnutrition, etc.The termination of the chain of poverty is very crucial to enable a child to develop holistically. 
 To end this mire, we are working in the education and healthcare sector to bridge the gap. On the basis of our survey, we came to the conclusion of many reasons why the parents refrain from sending their child to a school and chalked out a road map to ensure that we do our best to provide the basic right of education to these deprived children. We have established two non-formal education centers - Surya Vihar, Haryana and Virar, Mumbai where children are given quality education free of cost.We have also funded many health campaigns, where children suffering from many deadly diseases have seen a new ray of hope. We have been continuously engaged in providing health treatment to many children.In the first place, we are working on a grass-root level to convince the parents to send their children to our NFE Centres. After the completion of elementary education, we assist parents to enroll their child in a nearby school leading to an increase in the gross enrollment ratio. Furthermore, we monitor that there is a minimum dropout rate by convincing parents to send their children for secondary education and then for higher education. We accomplish minimum dropout rates by providing economic help- paying their fees and set up awareness camps to highlight the importance of education 
 With the help of our program, we have envisaged creating an environment where a child has all the avenues to develop socially, psychologically and financially so that they become self-reliant and self-sustaining.Education is the light of life. We, at Dream Girl Foundation, would like to create an impact as to what a “Guru” has on a“Shishyas’ ” life. In Sanskrit, “Gu” means darkness and “Ru” means destroyer, so by providing education we want to help the children destroy the darkness. We would like to play the role of Guru and help the children to acquire quality education and good health to enable them to be a better person and live a hale and hearty life.Another important aspect of our work is the empowerment of the girl child to help her conquer all the obstacles by providing education. We are determined to remove the inequality experienced by a girl and provide her with all the opportunities to enable her to excel in her life. Hope is what keeps us going and we intend to provide hope to the children in the form of education and health.

Noone will ever be able to evaluate what the life of one person is worth but in life, we are often faced with circumstances where there is a price attached to saving someone’s life.Poverty is one of the worst evils known to India today and many are falling into its grip day by day to such an extent that even two square meals are too much to ask for. For people living under such circumstances, a life-threatening disease like cancer, brain tumor or a hole in the heart can mean the end of an era. For people who can barely afford food, filling hospital bills is unfathomable.Even as we are as a country progressing towards being a developed country, according to recent statistics two million children die in India every year due to lack of funds while every day almost three thousand are encountered with the same. 
 At Dream Girl Foundation we try to bring relief to such families by providing financial assistance and taking responsibility of the money involved in the treatment of children suffering from such diseases. Our project called “Project Zindagi” aims to provide life to many. We consider ourselves lucky that we are given an opportunity to offer a new life to someone and transform it for the best but we cannot do this alone. We need equal support from you.For those of you who are well off and have not been kicked hard by the fatal leg of poverty, we request you to come forward and assist us in this endeavour of ours so that no lives are lost due to a lack of financial resources. We organise crowdfunding campaigns to help raise funds for the children so come ahead and be a part. Remember, the shortest corpses are always the heaviest. 
 Over the years, our foundation, with the help of hundreds of kind donors, has been able to save many children's precious lives. From toddlers to teenagers, suffering from life-threatening diseases like Cancer, Hole in heart, Tumor, etc., have been cured and provided with a healthy future. They say, "Money can't buy happiness," but in our experience, Money donated to the needy can get them a happy life. All it takes is little empathy and kindness to bring light to someone's life.

Established in the year 2003, Dream Girl Foundation is one of the eminent non-profit organizations engaged in providing a better future to the underprivileged girls. We make efforts to reduce the miseries faced by the children in the capital. Education is the basis of development; thus, we provide education to the girls in order to enhance their as well as the future of the country. A woman is the creator of this beautiful world and we make sure that she gets a respectful life.Our organization is dedicated to working for the overall improvement of girls including education, sanitation, health, income generation, AIDS awareness, and other major issues. We make the underprivileged girl child capable so that they can compete and come at-par with this fast-growing community. Girl gives shape to this civilization; hence, our NGO works hard to provide better health, education and basic necessities to them. We have a team of teachers, medical practitioners, and other volunteers, who wholeheartedly work for the betterment of deprived girls. We also focus on providing proper medical facilities to the children. With the assistance of volunteers, we have been able to arrange the basic necessities for the girls. Our team members work to stop exploitation against the girl child. We work as a team for the betterment of impoverished girls.
