HCHW is a registered, secular non-profit organization dedicated to the cause of improving the lives of the poor and downtrodden. Established on 2nd October, 1990 by Dr. Mohammed Rafiuddin (a young qualified and trained social work professional) to support children deprived of education and the joys of childhood, HCHW has evolved into a vibrant organization that addresses a gamut of issues including child rights, education, health, HIV/AIDS, skill building, livelihood, etc. The organization operates across the states of Telangana through its wide network.
