Being the oldest NGO in Jammu & Kashmir with 80 units across J&K, the association has reached its epitome in Serving the Deserving since 1972 with an expertise of 50 years.

Jammu and Kashmir Yateem Trust aka JKYT is serving orphans since its establishment in 1972, the first orphanage in the entire Jammu and Kashmir. In its legacy of 48 years, the trust has successfully ameliorated the fortunes of hundreds of orphan students. Our Orphan Care programme is dedicated to providing quality assistance for orphans regardless of their religion, creed or gender. It also strives to ensure orphans receive the basic necessities of life – providing them with food, clean water, regular medical check-ups and education.
