“They insert a candle in the vagina, fingers are inserted (in the vagina) and tortured, and if children don’t relent even then, they put chilli powder so that children will say “yes” because of the burning of the skin… There are teeth marks on their bodies, and their vaginal parts are burnt. “I saw a girl, barely 7 or 8, being pushed into flesh trade. Her cries for help still echo in my ears. There were men as old as 60 r*ping the innocent child. That was the day I knew my mission in life was to get these children out of the hell-like conditions in red-light areas. We help and train Women and ypuths to start their own business to become economically self - sustainable. We train them through a curriculmn based on Street Business School from USA and provide seed Fund to start the business as they want.

Livelihood

We have  2 Child Developement Centres ( CDC) at Kalipathar ( Paschim Burdwan District)  and Hingalganj ( North 24 PGs District) of West Bengal State of India. We are catering the need of  over 525 Children in these two  Centers by providing holistic supports.

KNSS was started as a bridge between the next generation of Jewels ( Children) and the Old generation of our all-time Glory ( Old aged people) in 2005. At present, we are serving 389 children from BPL or marginalized families through holistic services. We have provided GNM training for 3 girls and B.Sc Nursing for 3 girls thus far and two of them are in Government jobs and 4 are in well-known Private Hospitals. We serve mothers of these children and youths also.
