Our youngest children are struggling to cope with the uncertainty of change as they find meaning in an environment without peers and play. Parents recognize this struggle but do not have the time, the awareness, or the resources to engage their children actively even in these trying times.The lockdown has not only confined us to our homes but also confined our children's opportunities to learn, play, and grow to achieve their full potential. To avert the imminent learning crisis post lockdown, we must act as a community to ensure every child has the resources and opportunity to learn and thrive no matter where they are - at home, at school, everywhere.If immediate attention and action are not taken we would be seeing a crisis where post the lockdown every child would be behind on learning and the gap would keep increasing. Your donation can make a change and ensure that our young children continue learning even during the lockdown  
 As a part of our COVID response at Key Education Foundation, we have created a simple, contextual, easy to use Home Learning Program. We create posters with developmentally appropriate learning activities for children between the ages of 3-6. The posters are designed with a holistic approach to ensure social and emotional well being of children while also focusing on language and numeracy through play based activities. Parents receive these posters free of cost from our partner schools via WhatsApp each week. We also have simple videos of the activities, story read alouds and awareness building videos for parents to lend them a helping hand in doing these activities with their children for some time each day. All our resources are available in English, Hindi and Kannada. We are grateful to see more than 70% of our partner schools and teachers adopting these solutions, encouraging parents and children everyday to follow this program so children can have continued learning.
