Education

<p>Launch Girls is a global team of youth and gender experts providing entrepreneurial education programming for girls ages 12-24 so they can develop the skills, experience, and support they need to access the world of work and gain financial independence after school. We leverage entrepreneurship as a vehicle to shape how girls solve problems, take initiative, and think about themselves and their futures. Our programming is customizable and scalable, impacting girls and young women through trusted girl-serving organizations in their own communities. By providing our partners with programs and capacity-building to develop girls’ entrepreneurial and employability skills, Launch Girls contributes to a world vision where all girls own their professional futures, create tangible and transformational change, and are empowered members of the workforce. Since 2020, Launch Girls has impacted the lives of over 10,000 adolescent girls in rural and semi-rural parts of 15 countries through a variety of community-based, government, and national nonprofit partners. The girls who participate in our programs emerge not just with more confidence but also with a critical set of 21st-century skills.
