Abhinav Shanti Sewa Sadan is a unit of the Non-Violence Foundation with the aim of helping seniors lead dignified and independent lives.Abhinav Shanti Sewa Sadan does support senior citizens in India. It highlights the various services that the organization offers, and explains how these help seniors live dignified and independent lives. the importance of supporting senior citizens, particularly women, who often face discrimination and insecurity in their later years.

It is a well-known fact that children from underprivileged backgrounds are at a disadvantage when it comes to education and other opportunities in life. However, what is lesser known is the psychological impact that this can have on these children. Studies have shown that children from underprivileged backgrounds are more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression than their counterparts from more privileged families. This is because they often feel like they are not good enough and that they will never be able to catch up with their peers. Furthermore, these children are also more likely to develop unhealthy coping mechanisms, such as substance abuse, as they grow older. This is because they often feel like they have nothing to lose and that their future is already decided for them. In today's world, children from underprivileged backgrounds are at a severe disadvantage. They are often malnourished, Lack proper healthcare and education.  Therefore, it is essential that we provide these children with the support and resources they need to succeed in life. 
 One way to help bridge the gap for these children is through yoga and value education. Yoga has been shown to be beneficial for both physical and mental health, and can help children cope with stress and anxiety. Value education can also teach children important life skills such as time management, critical thinking, and communication. While it is not a cure-all, offering yoga and value education to underprivileged children can help level the playing field and give them the tools they need to succeed in school and in life. It is essential that we provide underprivileged children with the same opportunities as other children. We must give them the tools they need to succeed in life. Otherwise, they will continue to be at a disadvantage, and their potential will go to waste. We are identifying the student of 100 of BSW/MSW who will be trained and we will prepared them as mentor. These student / youth will run the show in communities with help of local community leaders. They will give one hour mentorship and children will learn yoga , life skills and value education. In evening there will be speech, news reading and revision what all happen whole day.
