“A blind child is seen as a curse or as a burden to the family. These children are left on the street. I have picked up children from roadsides myself. I also lost my eyesight as a child but today I am a senior officer in a public sector company. The Handicapped person in the villages faces many problems. They are handicapped by birth or become through Accidents, marital genes, and Polio. In every village, there are handicapped people of various ages 6 to 13 and they all are dependent on their parents. Most of them are single/unmarried persons. Even if they get married, their wives leave due to their disability making them lonely. Similarly, women handicapped person face the same issue. Their husband abandons them after their pregnancy forcing them to lead a lonely life. These people suffer because of their disability; no one comes forward to help them, No Banks give them a loan to start a livelihood option such as petty shops. The government has allotted Rs 3,000/- to them as a pension. However, it is not sufficient for them to sustain in that amount.These issues force them to leave their homes and start begging in the bus stands, temples, and hotels. They end up living under a tree in the streets. They are left seeking the help of God in the form of anybody for their lively hood. 
 Rural Physically Handicapped Centre for Rehabilitation will go to the 4 Mandals/Thaluks/Villages to meet the handicapped person and enquire about their situations. As per the information received, the organization will facilitate their requirements and will provide them loans to establish a livelihood opportunity. These loans are for the procurement of cows, and sheep, the establishment of petty shops, tailoring, Xerox, and computer shops depending upon their capabilities. The coordinators will also conduct meetings in the villages to provide Self-development and Self-Employment sessions with disabled people. We will open a project in each Mandal and appoint 3 community coordinators for each Mandal. A total of 12 coordinators will be appointed for the 3 Mandals. These coordinators will help the disabled person establish provisional shops. These coordinators will also assist the disabled person in securing loans from the banks (Rs 50000/-) for the shops. These loans will be sanctioned in the name of the disabled person. The coordinator will also reach out to Mandal Development Officer for the subsidy of Rs 50000/- that will be credited directly to the bank account of the disabled person. These loans will allow them to live a dignified life. The disabled person will repay the loan with the income from these shops. 
 With the project, we wish to create a positive impact on the lives of 300 to 400 disabled people in a year.
