The women’s conditions are so worse that they are depend on only wages at mason, agriculture, cleaning etc.They are unknown about Govt schemes due to lac of awareness.There is a few Ngo’s who are providing such program to rural women.

Women Vocational Training by Tailoring and Beau-tic

DantaRamgarh Tehsil is the most backward one in the Sikar District. There are no industries or factories to provide permanent employement and wages. This leaves dependency on agriculture which is dependent on rainy season and the area has already been declared as Dark Zone in 1985 by Govt. of Rajasthan. Thus the livelihood of the people is poor. There is a need to impart additional skills to enable these people earn a living. 
 We will invite to Dantaramgarh Tehsil’s women for involve in the project by apply application form. We will check the application forms and create 4 batches (each batch having 30 women ). Every batch’s duration will be 3 months. During the training they will take the RSCIT Exam.The syllabus of Computer basic course and RSCIT Degree will be taught by the instructors –1. Introduction of Computer 2. Computer System. 3. Use of Computer. 4. Internet’s Introduction 5. Use of Internet 6. Operating System 7. Microsoft World Basic 8. Microsoft World Advance 9. Microsoft Excel Basic 10 Microsoft Excel Advance 11. Microsoft Power Point 12. Microsoft Excess 13. Microsoft Outlook basic 14. New Trades of I.T. 15. Computer Administration. 16. Computer Net Working .

Computer Literacy for Rural Women Project with RSCIT Degree

1.      Dantaramgarh Tehsil is the most backward among Sikar District is Rajasthan due to lack of Industries, Natural water sources, educational institutes and other Income sources.2.      Dantaramgarh tehsil is deserted area so the Govt. Of Rajasthan has declared “Dark John” from 1999. The inhabitants depend only rain for agriculture. They have to migrate for the wages to cities other states or gulf countries.  3.      The Inhabitants live in economic crisis so their parents or old age person become their burdens.4.      The Ngo has already found 18961 older persons thirst for tea and food though having theirs heirs. Their families provide them limited and timely food and tea. If an old person wants more pieces of bread or untimely tea, they will be rebuked by their own sons or heirs.5.      The some older person get their old age pension sanctioned by Central/Govt of Raj., Their heirs struggle for it or want to divide it among them.6.      Generation Gap – No young / children like to sit with old age persons. So the older persons are unable to share their feelings.7.      There is no state/Central/ Ngo’s scheme or old age Asharam at Dantaramgarh Tehsil in Sikar District.8.        90% of the older persons are from the unorganized sector, with no social security at the age of 60 years.9.      30 % of the old persons 23% handicapped live below the poverty line and another 33% just marginally over it. 10.  83% of the aged people 38% handicapped live in rural areas. 11.  73% of the aged 83% disabled are illiterates and can only be engaged in physical labour. 12.  53% of women over 55 years of age are person, many of them with no support whatsoever. 13.    Ageing is an irreversible biological phenomenon and it is a survival of growing number of people completing their traditional adult roles. In India persons above 60 years of age are classified as old aged. 
 	Provide physical care and emotional support to the aged &amp; disabled person. 	Help them in self-adjustment to problems	Provide activities for keeping fit and busy	Develop hobbies such as gardening, cooking, cleaning, reading, Yoga, tailoring and computer knowledge etc.	Provide opportunities for positive contribution by the participants	Create a family atmosphere where the aged feel comfortable and cared for.	To foster the welfare of the needy aged &amp; disabled. 	To raise funds for the project which assist the elderly &amp; disabled irrespective of caste and creed.	To create confidence amongst the aged and help them to take decisions on their own pertaining to their lives.	To create in younger generation and in society, a social awareness about the problem of the elderly and disability in our country.	To provide two time tea and one time food to 100 old person and disabled.	To provide Free Primary education to 100 disabled and aged person.	To create Dantaramgarh Tehsil’s first elder and disabled persons shelter center. 	To generate pocket money to elder person by skill development programs.	To awaken the society for to end generation gap. IMLEMENTING STEPS –1.	The Ngo will choose the most needy 100 older persons ( both ladies and gents ) among 18961. 2.	The Ngo will get the selected older person’s consent with their heirs to live in Old Age Friend and Family Care Center with written permission. 3.	The Ngo will provide them following daily routine- A.	All will arise at 5 a.m. ( in summer ) 6 am. ( in winter ) after their freshness the Yoga teacher will provide them 2 hours yoga with walking, meditation, preaching etc. B.	They will be served breakfast 8.30 am. C.	8.30am. to 10 am. Bathing/ washing.D.	10 am. To 11 am. Skill development lesion according their hobbies i.e. gardening, cooking, cleaning, computer, reading, tailoring etc. E.	11 am. To 12.30 pm. Food. F.	12.30 pm. To 3.00 pm. Rest. G.	3 pm. To 6 pm. Revision/ practical class/ making products by their skill development training. H.	6 pm. To 7 pm. Leisure time with walking or prayer. I.	7 pm. To 9 pm. Supper. J.	9 pm. To 10 pm. Bhajan or recreation. K.	10 pm. To 5 am. Sleeping. 4.	The Ngo will provide them weekly a doctor’s visit, a preacher, special yoga teacher and VIP person including politicians, religious, skilled persons. So the older persons may feel society or create their confidence for live.   
 1.     100 older persons will be got accommodation, food, Primary necessary things without tension / under presser free of cost in the Old Age Friend &amp; Family Care Center.2.     Every older person can express their troubles or feeling to each other in center family freely.3.      100 older persons will be provided medical facilities, specialist doctor’s advice and treatment.4.     100 older persons will get chances for enjoyment of yoga, meditation, prayer, bhajan, news, morning walk and recreation.   5.     The Ngo will provide not only various skill development trainings i.e. tailoring, farming, computer, gardening, beauty parlor according their hobbies but also pocket money by during training products. IT IS DEPENT ON THEIR CONSENT.6.     The older persons get their confidence by weekly visit various religious place / visiting places/ meeting VIP persons like preachers/ politicians/ special yoga teachers/ social workers/ administrative.

Today, gender bias continues to create huge barriers for many women. Ongoing struggles include ensuring equal economic opportunities, educational equity, and an end to gender-based violenceBuilding global sustainability for today and for tomorrow all begins with the rights of women and girls. The right to education, economic independence, and reproductive autonomy are the building blocks and must-haves for gender equality. Unfortunately, societies all around the world still hold women down in one way or another – keeping them from reaching their full potential. Flipping the script on these unfair dynamics is at the center of our work as we empower through entertainment and create a world that supports and celebrates the rights of women and girls. Globly the homicide rate is 4 times higher among adolescent boys aged 10-19 than among girls of the same age. 45% of Women cannot ame their decision about their sexual and reproductive health. Women are 70 % global health workforce but hold 25 % of senior roles.  As the name says, International Women's Day is about women from all around the world. IWD is a day to celebrate activists on a global level, raising awareness of their work and the challenges they face. It's also a great opportunity to network and connect with people committed to gender equality.National Women's Day is celebrated on 13th February annually in India. It is a national celebration organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Sarojini Naidu, who was a revolutionary activist, poet, and politician, who contributed to India's independence movement.against them such as the Protection of Women from Domestic violence Act, 2005; the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956; the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961; the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, 1986; the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (PREVENTION, PROHIBITION and REDRESSAL) Act, 2013  
 To impart practical knowledge about the basic legal rights and remedies provided under various women related laws, thereby making them fit to face the challenged in real life situations. To make the women aware of :Ø The various machineries/organs of the justice delivery system available for redressed of their problems/grievances.Ø The procedure of approaching and utilizing various channels available for the redressal of grievance ie. The police, the Executive and the Judiciary.Ø The role of Courts in achieving gender equality, most importantly the concept of public interest litigation. Ø The role of District Legal Service Authority, Free Legal Aid and Lok Adalats. Ø The sensitive Women and Girls abut their Rights as provided under the various laws including the Indian Penal Code 1860, The Dowry Prohibition Act 1961, The Prevention of Domestic Violence to Women Act, 2005 etc. Time Frame and Participants The Seminar should be 2 days. There should be atleast 250 participants in the seminarFirst session of the first day should be devoted to the introduction of Shri Kalyan Women Welfare Society and Give India for Women and some basic information on other Commissions e.g. National Commission, National Human Rights Commission, National Commission for SC/ST and State Women Commissions. Syllabus for Legal Awareness Program With the aim to impart knowledge, Which may be useful in day –to –day life, the following syllabus include in the seminar :1.   Intoduction The meaning of law, various social security legislations, free legal aid to the poor, Indian Evidence Act, various modes of dispute settlement mechanisms e.i, Lok Adalats, Family courts, Mahila Courts, Crime Against Women Cells, NCW NHRC, State Commission etc. 2.   Women and Constitutions:Apart from others, stress should be laid on “Fundamental Rights, Constitutional remedies( Writs)  Electoral law, Voting Rights For Women, participation in Panchayats etc. 3.   Women and Family Laws:Marriage Law, Separation, Divorce, Maintenance, Adoption, Family Laws, Right to Property and Succession, Guardianship, Unmarried Mother and the Legitimacy of her children. 4.   Women in Custody: Arrest, gounds of arrest, kinds of offences ( bailable and non-bailable ) arrest warrant, powers of police, rights of arrested persons including the right to bail, the immediate procedure to be adopted in case of violation of rights available etc. May be discussed with the help of case law in a more practical manner.  5.   Criminal Law and Women:Offences of dowry, rape, molestation, child rape and child abuse etc. Some recently decided cases may be discussed in detail.6.   Procedure in Action : Procedure for seeking redressed to be explained along with visits to Police Station, Courts, Lok Adalats, Field studies ets.7.   Rights under different laws:a.   Rights at work place – Equal Remuneration / Minimum Wages Act/ Rights undr Factories Act, Maternity Benefit Act, Mines and Plantation Act, Rule of work in such specific areas, sexual harassment at work place.b.   Reproductive Health Rights – Feticide, infanticide, Preconception and Prenatal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act 1994, The Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act.8.   Local Issues: During the programmers emphasis should be laid on discussing the local issues and the social practices prevalent in the society. The specific issues like Sati, Child Marriages, Child Lab our, Prostitution, Dowry System etc. should be Discussed in a detailed manner.9.   Faculty:The awareness on the above syllabus could be imparted with the help of District Lagal Service Authority, Law Professors, Retired Judes, Senior Advocates and Women Activitists.10. Methodology :The otrical Knowledge cannot prepare persons for challenges in real life. Thus more stress should be laid on imparting knowledge through discussion, case study, video, films, case conference and street plays, interactions and meeting with social activists, visits to Lok Adalats, District Legal Service Authority, Jail, Police Stations, Family Courts, Mahila Courts, Consumer Courts etc.11.  Jago Nari Jagao Nari apane adhikaron ke ley ( For Three Days Tour to Sikar and Jaipur District by 50 Women )The Ngo will carry 50 rural women for Jago Nari Jagao Nari apane adhikaron ke ley tour program to Sikar and Jaipur Districts by Women’s Rights decorated chariot with D.J. Sound. The tour will be departed by SDM Dantaramgarh showing green flag. The group will awaken women’s rights at Nagar Palika Renwal ( Jaipur ) by street plays and culture program at March9, 2023. The Next morning it will be departed by chairperson of Nagar palika for Chomo. The group will awaken women’s rights at Nagar Palika Chomu ( Jaipur ) by street plays and culture program at March10, 20. The next day the chairman will departed the chariot for samod. There the program will be repeated by the group.

As the now-famous saying goes, “women's rights are human rights.” That is to say, women are entitled to all of these rights.They will be awakened for Women's human rights include the rights to equality, to dignity, autonomy, information and bodily integrity and respect for private life and the highest attainable standard of health, including sexual and reproductive health, without discrimination; as well as the right to freedom from torture and cruel, inhuman by the workshop.
