Empower the Girls by providing scholarships for their education.Health is not everything but everything else is nothing without health.Primary health care in India needs more paramedical staff. We have seen during COVID, there is a lack of front line workers in hospitals. So we faced many challenges. So the government decided that each village has to be empowered with many front line health workers and trained like Aasha workers, so in such situations we can handle this type of issue.Many girls want to serve and like to be trained as Aasha workers and to take an opportunity in the health sector so that they can contribute their services at community health centers. Mostly they belong to families living below the poverty line and do not have a fee so that they empower themselves and take the education in paramedical courses. So they need your help so that they can take admission in paramedical courses and complete their courses.    
 If you can contribute monthly or sponsor their fee in a one go then they are able to continue their education in paramedical courses. Their fee is not more than Rs.15000 for single students. 
 Your contribution can help them in earning the diploma courses to these poor Girls. About 200 poor girls require your help at different locations in India. They can earn this diploma and help their family economically.

Hunger & Homelessness

Following the lockdown, the daily wage earners are the worst hit. Since they depend on their daily income for food and other essentials, now, it's difficult for them to put food on the plate for their family. We wish to help them by providing them food and other essentials for the lockdown period. 
 We wish to distribute ration kits that include Rice, Wheat-flour and cooking oils etc to the daily wage workers/laborers. Also, we want to distribute Protective Hygiene Kits that includes Sanitizers, Mask, Tissues, Handwash etc. to take care of their hygiene requirements and to protect them from the infectious disease. 
 We creating a positive impact on the daily wage workers. We have served more than 800 workers but due to the unavailability of funds, we are not able to cater all their requirements. Still many are waiting for us to provide basic ration like Rice, Wheat-flour and cooking oils, etc. We hope to serve more than 5000 people with this campaign.

Livelihood

Soil Testing lab are not functioning properly in rural areas and farmers are not able to get tested their soil. So it is required for sustainable development of agriculture. It will be useful of our agricultural Farmers, agricultural workers, self help Group of this backward area, The proposed location of the project area has a potential of Socio-economic upliftment of people through integrated activities in agricultural field in rural area.  
 We are going to test their sample of soil which they collected from the fields and and educate them what are the constituents required for yielding high potential crops. So not only test their soil samples as well as trained them about the crops which they can show in their fields or help them by providinginformation of deficiency of elements. In this way they can get their productivity of crops and get highly paid on selling their crops. 
 Most of the marginalized farmers are benefited by the training and soiltesting lab. We first analysed the impact by mobile soil test lab and thensurvey about the impact on the livelihood of the farmers. Are theireconomic condition was improved and their children are now benefitingand they are going to school. They also have a vision to do somethingfor the society.

In the state of Uttar Pradesh, the stray cattle roaming on the roads and fields have been causing a lot of problems to both rural and urban residents.(a) Despite the government efforts to install crash barriers/fences along the highways to prevent the entry of stray cattle onto the highways, there were several instances of stray cattle creating hurdles to the fast-moving traffic on the highway. Many road accidents have been reported till date and have resulted in the loss of both human and cattle lives.(b) Some stray cattle siege the roads in towns and cities by resting in the middle of the roads thereby leading to traffic jams and discomfort to the people who are using roads.(c) There were also several instances of the stray cattle damaging the soon-to-harvest crop fields in rural areas thereby resulting in significant financial loss to the farmers.The government of UP has also come up with a plethora of schemes aimed to protect the cows and also decrease the damage caused by stray cows. As per the 2012 cattle census, Uttar Pradesh has around 205.66 lakh total cattle population and out of which 12 lakh are stray cattle. However, the state has only 523 registered cattle sheds to maintain the cattle. This sheer gap in cattle population and the number of cattle sheds in the state provide us some insights on how grave the problem of stray cattle is. 
 To solve these multiple problems, the NGO is building an app to enable real-time tracking of all the cows belonging to various cow shelters. They are trying to tag each cow with a unique ID and develop a real-time database of cows and cow shelters in the state. This database is then shared with both the District Magistrate’s Office for better surveillance and monitoring. 
 Regular monitoring of cattle numbers can help to make the system more answerable and will bring reduction in number of incidents related to crop damage and hence prevent farmers from suicide.The monetary support to a cow shelter is being disbursed based on the number of cows being maintained under it. Due to a lack of better tracking systems in place, many of the cows grazing the farmers fields.
