Rehabilitation is a crucial step to put the children in need of care and protection back into society as well as to prevent the circumstances which are responsible for putting the children under this category. It demands a multidimensional approach. Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of the Children) Act, 2015 (JJ Act) makes mandatory provisions for the rehabilitation and reintegration of CNCP. 25 children are living in a children's home (long-term care) run by TAABAR. These children come from various backgrounds such as those without parental care, missing (not traceable), affected by HIV/ADS, children of prisoners, incapacitate parents (suffering from an incurable disease, handicapped, single parenting, unemployment etc.). These children stay in children's homes until they complete 18 Years of age. After that, CCIs are bound to leave the CCI by following the provision of the JJ Act, 2015. However, JJ Act makes provisions for aftercare but in reality, the government is still facing the challenges of establishing an after-care mechanism for rehabilitation. CCIs have their own limitations and challenges to providing proper rehabilitation such as lack of funds is the major challenge on this way. When these children step out, they face economic, social, and psychological challenges. Lack of skills in cooking, household management, lack of vocational skills and disaster management unable to handle social relations and maintain interpersonal skills makes them vulnerable. They face tremendous pressure to start earning early and sometimes they are not able to face these challenges and indulge in unfair activities. Drug addiction, alcohol, and emotional crisis are the main challenges for these care leavers. Through this project, TAABAR will ensure skill and vocational training or link them with some professional courses and skills along with education in CCIs or after CCIs which require to reintegrate them into mainstream societies.   
 TAABAR in continuation of ongoing activities will provide skill and vocational training to the CNCP children residing in children's homes being operated by TAABAR. According to the need of inmates of childcare, institutions will receive skill and vocational training, TAABAR has listed a few courses based on the need of inmates of CCIs. Vocational Training/Skill development Training for both target groups:<ol><li>Diploma in culinary skills (cost – 50000/child in Jaipur)</li><li>Diploma in Cookery (50000/-per child)</li><li>Diploma in Bakery (50000/-per child)</li><li>Diploma in food and beverage services  </li><li>Catering Management </li><li>Front office operations </li><li>High school diploma in Hospitality Management</li><li>IT Skill training (YouTube video making, graphic designing, digital marketing)</li><li>Hotel Management</li><li>Theatre Training </li><li>ITI course</li></ol>
