As we know that the education system is damaged due to migrated families. Most children whose parents migrate regularly, again and again, suffer from poor formal education. To reach out to these families Government started so many programmes. The importance of education should be everywhere but migration is one of the factors, which reduces the effectiveness of government programmes for education. The migrant child has the right to develop but due to specific reasons, they are always left. The Supreme Court has recognized the education of children in the 6 - 14 years age group as a Fundamental Right which cannot wait. The efforts to provide access to out-of-school children and ensure their regular participation and completion of primary/elementary level of education with satisfactory levels of learning have to form a part of the overall efforts for achievement. 
 Shikshan Ane Samaj Kalyan Kendra has been working in the field of education since its inception and facilitated several programmes that are promoting education in its field areas. We will spread awareness in the community about RTE Act-2009 and its provision for their children. We will encourage them to participate in the educational development of their village. With extra classes, we will provide basic education to those children who are slow learners or may be behind in the syllabus because of migration. We plan to run Learning Enrichment Program (LEP) for 3rd to 5th class students in 5 villages. We will also reach 6th to 8th class students through our LRC (Learning Resource Centre) programme in 5 villages. We shall improve the quality of education in the other 15 villages through our ‘VIDHYA’ educational program. All other supportive activities like Balmela, SDP and others will run accordingly as per planning. Second Part consist Strengthening of the Community. We will build the capacity of the School Management Community in all our program areas. We will also provide guidance and support to SMC to provide migration certificates to outward migrating children and ensure admission to inward migrating children. 
 Reduce the extent of children migration and ensure that all children of age group 6-14 years attend school for the entire academic year.Create an environment in the area that promotes education and encourages children to continue schooling.Strengthen school governance through community-led solutions, particularly within the provisions of the RTE Act.Improve the learning levels of the children to bring them to their grade level.Ignite and develop the orientation for scientific education in children for promoting innovation in school education.Reduce the school dropout rate among girl students in the villages.

Improving quality of education

In India, there are approximately 230 million boys under the age of 18. We estimate that as adults: 1. 57% justify violence against women 2. 50% will or are likely to use physical violence 3. Such gender based violence also sits at the root of key social issues including education, sanitation, sexual and reproductive health, child marriage and trafficking. Many more men and boys will perpetrate more subtle forms of violence, including financial, emotional and verbal violence. Discrimination and violence against women and girls is universally accepted as a pressing global issue. Achieving gender equality and preventing violence are common goals in this respect; and the empowerment of women and adolescent girls are common approaches to achieving these goals. And yet this narrative excludes one key demographic and their role in the problem. That is the attitudes and behaviours of men and boys that discriminate against women and girls. This gap prevents key stakeholders who are committed to solving the problem from tackling this root cause of violence and discrimination against women, and therefore current efforts are not sustainable nor complete.We propose raising boys to be gender equitable as one the solutions towards preventing gender-based violence and discrimination. 
 SSKK is works to develop a scalable model for engaging boys to prevent violence and discrimination against women and girls. Our primarily focuses on boys in the age group of 13-17 years. It provides boys with knowledge, skills, leadership, peer support to challenge existing gender norms. The programme operates to ensure that just like boys and men, women and girls are free from gender based violence and feel safe from the threat of such violence. The program is facilitated by mentors who are trained to create safe and positive training spaces in which adolescent boys feel supported to learn about and debate issues in their community. Mentors deliver unique training where adolescent boys uncover how gender norms influence and shape specific role division and power relations in their lives. Boys concurrently go through a participatory process to reflect on their own attitudes and behaviour and to become agents of change in their environment. Program ensures boys don’t simply study equality, but that they experience it. One of the key aspects of the programme is at the end of each cycle, boys take collective actions to support women and girls in their community. programme has three parts - Foundation, Action, Leadership
